Streamline Refi Loans
To be eligible for the Rate Reduction Program the following is required:
- FHA Loan funded between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008
- Loan amount between $200,000 and $900,000
- Interest rate 5.5% or higher
- 30 year fixed, 15 year fixed, or 5 year fixed
- Primary residence
- Lived in the home at least 1 day
How they work
Effective immediately California Homeowners who financed their Home using an FHA Loan are now eligible for a non-qualifying Rate Reduction. Because your loan is already insured by FHA, there is no income verification, no appraisal requirement, no credit report, no closing costs added to your loan, and no money out of your pocket for costs or fees. The end result is simply a much lower Payment!
